Terms & Conditions
At Ironhaus Doors, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We strive to provide our clients with superior service, quality, and communication. In order to ensure a clear agreement and understanding of the Ironhaus Doors terms and conditions, please review the following content prior to placing an order through our website. Access and uses of this website are subject to all applicable laws, along with the terms listed below:
Warranty / Disclaimer
Ironhaus Doors guarantees that all iron doors and other products sold through our website will be free from defect in material and craftsmanship for a one year period after the initial purchase date. Our customer service team will replace any substandard product or parts that have been deemed defective (within one years from the date of sale on the frame of the door, one year on moving parts, one year on glass for any defect on center seal excluding scratches, broken glass, etc.) at Ironhaus Doors’ sole discretion.
We ask you to keep in mind that exposure to natural elements and frequent use is expected to cause Ironhaus Doors and other products purchased and ordered through our site to naturally age. Although Ironhaus Doors are weather treated we do not recommend direct exposure to water, any damages or changes to the products brought on by frequent use or exposure to the elements is considered an organic process that cannot be prevented, and is not thought to be a defect that is covered by the terms and conditions of this site. Any exposure to moisture/water may lead to rust as this is a metal product if not wiped immediately. DO not us water to wash the doors as this will lead to the door rusting. Ironhaus Doors cannot be held liable for any damages due to exposure to water/moisture.
Ironhaus Doors products are hand forged and individually finished in our factory. Minor differences in these products are normal and to be expected to achieve the “hand forged” look, so this will not be considered a defect.
Ironhaus Doors does not guarantee that the content presented on this site fulfills building codes, ordinances, or regulations for any specific application or any particular jurisdiction without a Ironhaus Doors’ written agreement. We are frequently updating our content and inventory. As a result, Ironhaus Doors does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information regarding pricing, services, specifics, images, availability or services.
Ironhaus Doors is not responsible for any city or state codes regarding the doors such as ADA, Thermal Broken (sweating or ice), Hurricane Tested, Swing Codes, etc. Regarding thermal break, customer should verify if temperatures can get to 25 degrees fahrenheit or less (including chill factor) at their installation.
Ironhaus Doors is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation methods. Due to the weight, size and material (ie, iron jambs instead of wood) of our doors we highly recommend an installer who is experienced in installing iron doors.
All discounted items are sold as is with no warranty, each door system has been hung, inspected and fully functional and free of any defects leaving our warehouse – all sales are final.
To Prevent Leakage
For all doors, customers will need to make sure there is an sufficient overhang. The overhang needs to be the same width and height of the door (starting from outside dimensions of the door). Even with an overhang, it is also recommended for the doors to be out-swing to help with weather sealing because of unpredictable combination of side wind and rain (in-swing windows are vulnerable to leakage because of bottom threshold).
